Although we have a book and class available to assist those in need of a new ATS product or service, we offer this service to those that do not have the time and/or inclination to perform these tasks on their own. Our involvement in your selection process will ensure that you are doing everything you can do to make sure you pick the correct solution for your particular needs.
Service Description
We will provide a questionnaire for you to fill out in order to assess your needs.
We will review response and conduct a telephone follow-up to clarify needs.
We will request information specific to your needs from a number of qualified ATS vendors.
We will analyze, compare, and rank responses from vendors.
We will recommend three ATS vendors for you to conduct demos with.
We will remain involved through the demo process and offer further consultation where necessary.
We will remain involved through final selection and offer further consultation where necessary.
Terms
Client acknowledges that swatrecruiting is utilizing information provided by client in evaluating client's needs and is not responsible for any errors or omissions as it related to the data that is provided by client.
Client acknowledges that although swatrecruiting will provide recommendations that the decision as to final selection rests solely with the client and that the client will hold swatrecruiting harmless from any liability for client's decision.
Client acknowledges that swatrecruiting has no control for the behavior or statements of any vendor and client will hold swatrecruiting harmless from any liability for vendor's statements or behavior.
Fees
$399.00 per evaluation, payable on ordering of service.
