Although we teach recruiters and sourcers how to locate the resumes of passive candidate using Google and also have published a book by the same name we fully realize that many simply do not wish to perform this function personally. For those individuals and companies I offer a simple service designed to perform this task for you.
Service Description
swatrecruiting will utilize its knowledge and experience, along with sophisticated and leading edge technology, to locate and present to client resumes of potential passive candidates that appear to match one or more profiles given to swatrecruiting with payment for services.
Our process includes searching the major Internet search engines, utilizing meta-search engine technology where appropriate, and also the utilization of automated web spidering tools that search dozens of free resume sites.

Client acknowledges that swatrecruiting
does not verify
information provided to client for accuracy, validity, date of posting, and does
not provide any type of guarantee as to the quantity or the quality of search
results. swatrecruiting
also does not guarantee a specific number of resumes
per profile assigned.
Client acknowledges that it is beyond the knowledge or control of swatrecruiting as to the client’s usage of information provided by swatrecruiting.
Client acknowledges that they understand the nature of passive versus active leads and resumes and further acknowledges that they understand that these individuals may have no interest in other employment on successful contact.
Fees
