PeopleFilter.com

Neat service for the right type of client, which is going to be an organization that has a moderate to high volume of applicant flow that they need to receive, view, prioritize and process in a timely manner. These people make it easy to solve this problem many companies have.

PeopleFilter.com is a monthly service that acts as a front end between you and your applicant flow. These are not your recruited candidates but are going to be more active, ad-response type of candidates. Your candidate applies for the position via your Internet posting and is taken to a site hosted by PeopleFilter but mirrors your own website, with your own graphics and background. The candidate application process is designed entirely by the user. It can range anywhere from a simple, one-page resume collection page to a series of pages that profile an entire career. The candidate fills out an online form that can include his or her contact information, education / certifications, skills and industries, and work experience. They can then add any attachments they would like, and are done.

Once in the system, candidates are automatically evaluated and ranked according to parameters you selected when you entered the job order. Also, once in the system the candidate is matched against any openings for that particular client. On any change to a job order, the system automatically re-calibrates the percentage of any candidates processed through the system.

There is an excellent integrated messaging feature that allows you to conduct all electronic candidate messaging within a messaging subsystem that does not go through their standard email inbox.  The system creates standardized messages that are sent to candidates based on a triggering event in the hiring process. An excellent way to keep in touch with a lot of candidates at once.

Each job order you input to the system is automatically added to your own website’s job order page, which is another page hosted by PeopleFilter that mirrors your own website in every way, transparent to the jobseeker. There is no limit to the number of jobs hosted by the system.

The more candidates you get the more useful this service could be. You can have hundreds of candidates ranked and processed before you ever looked at one of them. This is an Internet service that is browser based and requires no software or hardware on your end.

The service can accommodate any industry; having a proprietary Skills Library of 12,000 unique occupational skills, a feature unique to this application.

Pricing is flexible depending on volume and the number of users. They charge a one-time setup fee of $2500 to create the mirrored websites I mentioned earlier for candidate applications and job order postings. The monthly rate runs in between $250 or so for a smaller office up to $2500 per month for a larger office with multiple users.

My contact for this project was Chris Hogan, a Sr. Account Executive for Talentology, LLC, makers of the PeopleFilter. Chris can be reached via voice at (847) 253-9300 x3016 or via email at chris.hogan@peoplefilter.com. You can also check out their website at www.peoplefilter.com.
